By accessing or using the BinRx website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BinRx.

2. Description of Services

BinRx provides mobile trash can and recycling bin cleaning services in the Baldwin County and Mobile, Alabama areas. Our services include one-time cleanings, recurring cleaning subscriptions (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual plans), neighborhood group cleaning programs, and seasonal specialty services. All services are performed at the customer's service address using our mobile cleaning equipment.

3. Booking and Scheduling

• Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment processing through our website.
• Service is typically performed on your regular trash pickup day. Bins must be placed curbside and accessible by the scheduled service time.
• We will make reasonable efforts to service your bins on the scheduled date. Weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling.
• We will notify you of any schedule changes via email or SMS (based on your notification preferences).
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Service Agreement and Electronic Signatures

Before your first service, you may be required to sign a service agreement electronically. By providing your electronic signature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
• You consent to conducting business electronically, including receiving notices, disclosures, and agreements in electronic form.
• You are the authorized signer and have the authority to enter into the agreement.
• A copy of the signed agreement will be available in your account for your records.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. Current pricing is displayed on our website.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
• For recurring service plans, your payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Promotional discounts and coupon codes are subject to their specific terms and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Neighborhood group discounts are applied based on the number of participating members and may vary.

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Place your bins curbside and accessible on the scheduled service day.
• Ensure bins are empty (after regular trash collection) before our cleaning service.
• Provide accurate contact information and service address.
• Notify us of any hazardous materials, sharp objects, or other dangerous items in or around your bins.
• Ensure adequate water access is available near the service area if required.
• Keep pets secured during the service period.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

• BinRx will exercise reasonable care in performing services. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to bins, including cracks, broken wheels, or structural defects.
• We use eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning products. While our cleaning process is designed to be safe for all standard residential and commercial bins, we are not liable for damage to non-standard or already compromised containers.
• Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee the removal of all stains, odors, or discoloration, particularly on older or heavily soiled bins.
• BinRx's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Recurring Service Plans

• Recurring plans (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your recurring plan at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods on recurring plans.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing for recurring plans with 30 days' advance notice.

9. Reviews and Content

By submitting a review, testimonial, or other content through our website, you grant BinRx a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and reproduce your content for marketing and promotional purposes. You represent that your review is truthful and based on your genuine experience with our services. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate our guidelines.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the BinRx website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BinRx and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Baldwin County, Alabama.
